Who These Terms Cover
These terms apply to anyone using this website or the booking line run by Rapid Plumber Watford, 12 Southsea Ave, Watford WD18 7NJ, telephone 07360 270663. Ringing the line or submitting the form signals that you agree to them.
Our Role
Rapid Plumber Watford is a booking and matching service. It is not itself a plumbing or heating contractor. After you describe the fault and your address, we choose an independent local company from our partner network that can reach you and suits the job, and we text you that company's name and details ahead of its visit.
Your Contract for the Work
The plumbing or heating work is agreed between you and the partner company that attends. That company is separately owned and operated, does its own diagnosis, writes its own quote, carries out the work and stands behind it. It is not part of Rapid Plumber Watford.
Money
Rapid Plumber Watford does not issue invoices or accept payment for repairs, services or installations. You pay the partner company directly, as set out in its written quote. Any question about a bill goes to that company first.
Quotes, Prices and Timings
The partner company sets its prices after inspecting the fault and gives them to you in writing before it starts. We do not quote on the phone and we do not promise a price or an arrival time. Ranges that appear on this site come from published price guides and are not offers.
Access and Parking
Please make sure the partner company can reach the property and the fault, and where the road is a controlled parking zone, arrange a visitor permit or voucher. Delays caused by access or parking are not within our control and may mean the visit is rebooked.
If Something Goes Wrong
Take any problem with the work to the partner company first, as it did the job and can fix it fastest. Failing that, ring 07360 270663 and we will help chase it. We cannot guarantee how a complaint ends.
Limits on Our Responsibility
Within what the law permits, we are responsible only for taking your enquiry and arranging the match. We do not answer for the partner company's workmanship, prices, timings or behaviour. Nothing here removes the rights you hold as a consumer by law.

Pages here describe the booking service and the area it covers, in general terms. They are not a diagnosis of, or a quote for, your property. Regulations and standards named on the site describe what the work is built to, and can change, so rely on the partner's written quote.
How We Use Your Details
To arrange the match we pass your name, telephone number, address and a description of the fault to the partner company, which needs them to arrange a visit. We use your details only for that purpose and for following up if a problem arises. We do not sell them.

We may revise these terms as the service develops. The text on this page is the current version and the date above shows its last change. Carrying on using the site or line after a revision means you accept it.
